Request this reviewSome teams do not need a full programme review every year. They need someone outside the sending calendar to ask, before Thursday’s lead meeting, whether “up 12%” is a change in people, a change in timing, or a change in how opens are counted.
Office hours are that appointment. You bring the month’s calendar and the disputed charts. We keep a running list of open questions about event names so they do not reset every cycle.
This is not on-call incident cover. If a send fails on a Saturday, you still use whoever already operates your delivery vendor.
